Boot Camp Training
The Boot Camp Training course is developed for committed people who want to transform their body into the New You at the largest indoor boot camp in Nottingham.
There are now even more Boot Camps!
There are upto 26 Boot Camps per week-
The Boot Camps are held 5 days a week Monday to Friday 7am till 8pm
Monday to Friday 6pm 7pm and 8pm in the New Basford area of Nottingham. It is very close to the tram station. Each boot camp lasts an hour.
You will be taken step by step through results driven structured course which will get you results you thought were near impossible time frame.
Our structured boot camp program will also mean that you follow a structured regime and you’ll never repeat the same exercise routine twice which means your body will not get a chance to plateau and you continually see results.
The biggest problem we’ve found with people who find great programmes in magazines etc is that the human body, being the evolutionary triumph it is, will adapt and become efficient at that routine if you repeat it more than once, this will mean that you will burn less calories per session if it is the same old routine every time. This is extremely common in the gym environment and we pride ourselves in the fact that you will never repeat the same routine again - each and every boot camp is different to the others.
The 12 week course is structured so you can join an already running course and still not be left behind, infact the environment is such that you are likely to learn faster and then compete with the others.
As part of the 12 week transformation programme you also get nutritional coaching seperate to the boot camp so when you come to train, all you do is train!
It is well worth trying the boot camp and once you have seen the benefits of your first free session you will be back for more and see a transformation in as little as 3 months!
