What is ManageMuscle Boot Camp?
ManageMuscle Boot Camp is a three day a week indoor and outdoor fitness program that includes specialist fitness instruction, nutritional coaching and motivational training all designed to get you in the best shape of your life regardless of your current fitness level.

How is the 12 week program structured?
The 12 week course applies to 1-2-1 and Boot Camp Training:
·In the first phase you will go through;
o ‘Core’ training
o ‘Endurance’ training
o ‘Movement’ training
In as little as 4 weeks you will feel a difference on your body, most people tell us of the changes they felt in the legs or bum when they are showering - how they felt muscle tone that wasn’t there before, towards the end of the first phase clothes already feel loose. And the soreness they felt after training in the first few weeks will become less and less.
·In the second phase you will go through;
o ‘Hypertrophy’ training
o ‘Strength’ training
By the end of the second phase (week 8) clients have looked in the mirror and seen a physical change, most people notice definition in their arms, legs and mid section. Clients faces have looked different, and their skin has felt different. You will feel great about your self and the confidence will be radiating out of you.
·In the third phase of the training you will go through;
o ‘power’ training
o ‘skill’ training (training the motor unit and your reaction times)
At the end of the third phase (week 12) clients have seen a permanent physical change. Clients have felt that they have a brand new body, you will have a much higher metabolism, you will be more flexible, your posture will change into more optimal allignment and clients have felt fantastic. There aren’t enough words to describe the transformation you will see and feel. You will be able to run faster, jump higher, get up and down stairs properly without panting or getting out of breath, you will get a glimpse of your true genetic potential. You will see what you’ve been missing out on all this time. The main thing that will change will be your lifestyle. You will know what to do and when to do it.

What if I'm not very physically fit?
No camper will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. If you have five or fifty kilos to lose or if you wish to tone up, you’ll find that ManageMuscle Boot Camp is just the program for you! Women and men of all abilities and fitness levels are welcome to attend the ManageMuscle Boot Camp and achieve incredible results.

How often will we meet?
Boot Camps are flexible and there are 11 boot camps a week. You should attend a minimum of 3 boot camps a week and the times are as follows:
Mon-Fri 6am till 7am
Mon, Weds & Friday 6pm till 7pm and 7.30pm till 8.30pm

What if I can’t attend three days a week?
I know you’ll agree that some exercise is better than no exercise. So if you can’t make it three days a week, at least do your best to attend twice or at the bare minimum once a week. For the Best results we recommend three times a week, we have also seen participants achieve significant results while attending twice a week.

What do I need to bring?
We’ll provide all the equipment, motivation, and accountability you’ll need. Just bring a water bottle and a sense of adventure! Oh, and make sure NOT to come on a too full or really empty stomach. We don’t want you to get light headed during our fun and energizing workouts!
Also make sure you are dressed in appropriate attire (trainers and tracksuit bottoms training tops are fine).

How is this different to the local health club?
ManageMuscle Boot Camp is a non-gym environment fitness program designed to get you in the best shape of your life in a fun and motivating atmosphere. Unlike a traditional health club you won’t encounter intimidation, overcrowding, and broken down equipment.

What does it cost to join?
Your first session is free Your investment is £275 that breaks down to less than £7.64 per session for 36 sessions The minimum is £12 if you pay per session Don’t forget your first session is free

How often can I attend?
The Boot Camps run three days week, Monday, Weds, Friday, indoor for winter and can be outdoor in the summer. We suggest that you attend three days a week, but you can still achieve results if you attend at least once a week this minimal number of camps a week will mean that you see a change but slower than those attending three times a week.

Can I pay per workout or just when I come?
Yes, however the pay per session rate is £12
The fact of the matter is that you need and want to exercise consistently. The best motivator is knowing that you’re going to have a lot of fun once you get to camp and meet your new friends for another goal achieving workout!

What is a typical day like at camp?
In one word – FUN! Since each camp is intentionally different to alleviate boredom and to give you maximum results in minimum time it’s difficult to describe a “typical day.” You can expect some resistance training, core, body weight, balance work, stretching and have a fun time.

Will I be sore sometimes?
Most people feel some soreness for the first times they train. After that point, it is little to moderate and the duration of the soreness becomes less. It's part of the process that lets you know you are improving! Your body will adjust and you’ll find that you’re less sore and sometimes no longer sore. This does not mean you are not going to see a change it means your body knows you are training and that it is doing what it is 'designed' to do and improve.

I am a woman and I don't want the 'body builder' look, will this happen?
Being female you will have a much lower amount of testosterone production so such large growth like in a man is simply not possible. Training using the managemuscle method you will gain muscle tone and definition which is not the same as 'bulking up'.

Does the camp ever end?
ManageMuscle Boot Camp is an ongoing program. After all it’s a lifestyle change.
