How is the 12 week program structured?
The 12 week course applies to 1-2-1 and Boot Camp Training:
·In the first phase you will go through;
o ‘Core’ training
o ‘Endurance’ training
o ‘Movement’ training
In as little as 4 weeks you will feel a difference on your body, most people tell us of the changes they felt in the legs or bum when they are showering - how they felt muscle tone that wasn’t there before, towards the end of the first phase clothes already feel loose. And the soreness they felt after training in the first few weeks will become less and less.
·In the second phase you will go through;
o ‘Hypertrophy’ training
o ‘Strength’ training
By the end of the second phase (week 8) clients have looked in the mirror and seen a physical change, most people notice definition in their arms, legs and mid section. Clients faces have looked different, and their skin has felt different. You will feel great about your self and the confidence will be radiating out of you.
·In the third phase of the training you will go through;
o ‘power’ training
o ‘skill’ training (training the motor unit and your reaction times)
At the end of the third phase (week 12) clients have seen a permanent physical change. Clients have felt that they have a brand new body, you will have a much higher metabolism, you will be more flexible, your posture will change into more optimal allignment and clients have felt fantastic. There aren’t enough words to describe the transformation you will see and feel. You will be able to run faster, jump higher, get up and down stairs properly without panting or getting out of breath, you will get a glimpse of your true genetic potential. You will see what you’ve been missing out on all this time. The main thing that will change will be your lifestyle. You will know what to do and when to do it.
