1-2-1 Personal Training
The Personal Training service is totally exclusive. So, for that hour you are constantly concentrated upon by our fitness professional. If you want the best and fastest results then this is what you should go for. The results are also personalised so we will work with you to get the result you want working with your diet and lifestyle baring in mind your genetics. So for example if you ask for a lean look with muscle tone and a body that is not bulky then that is what we will work towards, if you are sport specific and want to be able to run faster or jump higher then this is what our trainer will get you the results.
The Personal Training package is a one to one service. This method of training allows the trainer to see your uniqueness and individuality. It will allow us to assess you as an individual and to suite the most effective exercises and training methods to you and see the results you want in as quicker time possible.
You will have telephone, SMS and e-mail access to the trainer.
You will be trained individually and at your own pace which will keep you constantly challenged.
As part of the one to one package you will be stretched so not only will you have a greater range of motion in joints, it will also mean your muscles recover more effectively than if you were to try to stretch by yourself.
The one to one training will mean every repetition of the exercise is carried out most effectively and this means you will see results even quicker!

When I first met Nottingham Personal Trainer Jiten I had a clear vision of what I wanted, 6 pack abs and muscle to be toned and defined. With this in mind Jiten was able to write a detailed program with set stages which would help me achieve this goal. As the program begun and weeks went by I had noticed positive visable changes not only to my build and body fat index but my posture too. These changes gave me more confidence in myself and encouraged me to do more. Further along the program Jiten prepared a personal and most importantly realistic food plan based on my needs and daily lifestyle.
With the encouragement I had from my results so far, it gave me the dedication to stick to the program easily. | Having Jiten write my workout plan was a move that was even better than me actually joining a gym. He knows what works and what women want out of their workout. I was getting married and absolutely had to get into shape for my Special day, after all, it only comes once. I wanted to make a significant change in my life but knew that it would not be easy for I did not want to start a program or a diet and give up like I had done in the past. So I took action and decided to call Jiten and I am so excited after loosing all those sizes and feel great! I dropped 3 dress sizes in 2 months to get prepared for my wedding day! I had to get my wedding dress taken in a few days before my wedding; I never imagined Jiten could make my body burn off that much body fat, my dress maker was shocked and surprised. I trained with Jiten as my personal trainer for a period of 8 months and the results were incredible. I went into the process flabby and out of shape and came out on the other side not only physically fit but also slim, very toned and looking the best I have ever done, even when I played lots of sports. When I started working with Jiten he asked me what I wanted to achieve and after about 4 months I had already achieved these goals - I had shed all my excess fat and developed muscles I never knew I had. I didn't become too big (something I specified I didn't want) and my body had perfect proportions and was all of a sudden very toned. I felt very strong and fit and could all of a sudden do lots of cardio activities without feeling out of breath. The methods Jiten used to achieve these results were lots of core exercises, yoga, strength training and kettlebells, which I had never tried before and absolutely loved.
Jiten is not only a very good personal trainer but also a top bloke and very easy to get along with. He understands people and how to get the most out of you without any of this militant macho rubbish. He quite literally changed not only the way I look and train but also the way I think about what I can and cannot achieve. I can only recommend this guy.

I started training with Jiten for about 4 months and the results we have achieved have been amazing. I never wanted a personal trainer before because I never thought I would be comfortable working with one. This is because as a woman I generally find personal trainers intimidating, too macho and to be honest I don’t particularly want a man to see me sweating without make-up in my gym clothes. Jiten is just so easygoing and polite that I felt completely comfortable hence the good results.
We did a lot of core training, cardio, yoga and kettle bells and also some general weight training. I had never tried kettle bells before and really enjoyed it and have since bought a set myself. The results have been great and I know I would have never achieved the same level of fitness and slimming without Jiten’s expertise. As a woman it can be hard to find someone you feel comfortable with but I can without any hesitation recommend Jiten to anyone in need of a great results from their gym memberships.

I had personal training with Jiten for 6 months which I thoroughly enjoyed. I looked forward to every session and each time I left with a sense of wellbeing. Jiten was reliable, almost always on time, and he let me know if exceptionally he was running late. The sessions were interesting, well structured and fun. As a trainer, Jiten was encouraging and firm as well as flexible. He was caring of my safety and I did not have any injuries as a result of training with him. I was impressed with the elastic band regime that he gave me when I went on holiday for three weeks which helped me to maintain what I had achieved, without access to a gym. I very much enjoyed the challenging athletic power sessions. I appreciated that Jiten also cared about me dedicating sufficient time to relaxation and gave good tips about that. My sessions were also a rewarding from a social point of view. Jiten was human and friendly; he found a really good balance between being professional and personal. When engaging me in a conversation in between repetitions, he was interested me but it never took over from the training. As to the results, I now enjoy doing weight training. I reached my main goal of enhancing my strength and endurance, and building my upper body muscles. My posture improved noticeably. I had many compliments from my husband as well as friends. I kept burning off fat due to an increased muscle bulk, but the fat burning became dramatic when I went on a three week activity holiday where I had plenty of opportunities (i.e. several hours a day) for exercising in the fat burning range, eg. cycling, mountain walking. I am very happy with the changes in my body. Already in the second month of doing personal training I was able to buy dresses that I would not have dared wear before. This increased my overall confidence, and also contributed to the quality of my marriage. My work with Jiten shows that one can be efficient by being friendly and professional, rather than a bully and a 'terminator'.

| I trained with Jiten
for several months but the results over that time results were
excellent. I was used to cardio training having run several marathons.
However, Jiten improved my fitness, flexibility, agility, speed and strength through a variety of resistance and weight training - even introducing me to yoga and disciplining my diet. The exercises were tough but fun, and it got me into good habits that I could easily sustain.
I don't think I would have got similar results myself in anything like
the time I did with Jiten. It was definitely worth doing!

I’ve been coming for 3 weeks on average twice a week. I changed my diet slightly, cut out some carbs so not eating as much bread, jacket potatoes, pasta etc eating a lot more salads and stuff.
I’ve lost nearly A STONE feel a lot more energetic a lot more powerful and most importantly I’m enjoying myself. I’ve struggled for many many years with my weight, I’ve not been too fussed about it but my diet was never particularly good. Used to play foot ball but was never good enough to play in a team, could never get the hang of going to the gym.
I just seem to have found something that works for me, quick, specific, targeted and I’m enjoying it.
Jiten: “what’s your favourite part of the training?”
Adam: The reps are short and sharp and snappy so you don’t get time to get bored or have repetitiveness, each session is different and you don’t know which muscles you are going to work and probably as well I’ve noticed the difference not only in my energy levels as well and the weight that I’ve lost but also in my muscle definition getting a lot tighter aswell.
Jiten “so you are getting toned up?”
Adam: YES!
Jiten: “… and what does your wife think to all of this?”
Adam: haha, she’s obviously happy. I think the other thing is that other people are noticing, people that I’ve not seen for a period of time, “ooh, you look like you’ve lost some weight, you’ve lost it in your face and body and everything”. Sleeping a lot better. Is all round feeling very very good, so looking forward to carrying on and pushing forward.

| As a semi-pro footballer I train regularly and at an intensive level. As a result of this I suffer from tight hamstrings, Jiten’s
program was well structured and executed in such a way that it will be

| They are fun,challenging sessions! I already do a martial art with a lot of fitness required however I don't have the strength, in which doing kettlebell training is a new way of training for me. Jiten's sessions are fun, easy-going but you are pushed to your own level. This isn’t just fitness training, this is fitness engineering! One year on, and I have never been so fit. Training with Manage Muscle hasn’t always been easy, but it has always been enjoyable.
You have to learn that most of your fitness training is done at home. Right in the kitchen. You are what you eat; get that sorted out and you are already well on the way to a body transformation.
You will find that training your body will also train your mind as well. It is not for nothing that the martial arts combine mental discipline with physical prowess. You will be able to do SO MUCH MORE when you have strength and you know how to use it. You need to throw away your preconceived ideas about gyms, sweaty routines and weight training. Manage Muscle is nowhere near as primitive as that. This is how it all started for me:
I began training with Jiten in August 2010. I knew that I needed to do something about my gangly body. But always, somehow, I never seemed to have the time. I had one of those body shapes once cruelly referred to as “starving Ethiopian” way back in the 1980s when I was at college. Back then, if you wanted to get fit, you went to a serious gym full of serious-looking blokes all grunting away shifting massive amounts of metal. There was an air of menace in those kinds of places. And it seemed as if you had to “qualify” to work out in one of those places; as if you must be already built like a fridge in order to be allowed in. My college town was Plymouth in the Southwest; full of military types – which didn’t help.
Twenty years later; same gangly body. Flying a desk working as a scientist for 20 years had not helped at all. I still ran around in the shower to get wet! No, it wasn’t quite as bad as that; I did make that bit up. But it was always nagging away in the back of my mind that I needed to do something; to improve things. But what? And how? I hadn’t a clue where to go. I wasn’t particularly sporty, but I did have some active pastimes like skiing and scuba diving. The internet was full of same old stories promising everything. Some websites even promoted the ‘Black Arts’ of chemically enhanced programmes of muscle development, making it sound like a walk in the park. Not what I wanted at all. Steroids; too risky; too expensive; probably illegal.
OK, I was surfing the internet one day. What’s this? Manage Muscle? Let’s take a closer look… Hmmm; this guy is in Nottingham; it isn’t far from me. Looks like he does some interesting things with things called “kettle bells” and “club bells”. No idea what those are. The rates seem reasonable. The outfit is run by a guy called Jiten Nandha; hmmm; Indian sounding name; interesting. Let’s give him a call and see what he says.
I went along for a “suck it and see” session. Well, it was great. The softly spoken Jiten was able to talk perfect sense about what I wanted to do, and what was possible. I soon found out what club bells were! The whole approach to training was so logical and – most importantly – FUN! Jiten is quite a perfectionist, and you do get given a lot of things to learn in a short space of time. This meant that I rapidly got to feel the after‑effects of trying new things! In my first three months of training, I got rid of an annoying bit of paunchy gut which had previously been telling me that it was about time to get some bigger motorcycle leathers. Three months! This was good stuff; I wanted to have some more of that. Since then, the ever-helpful Jiten has helped me to embark on a course of acquiring some abs, pecs and lats. And he is such a helpful, knowledgeable guy who just loves to take the time to show you special techniques - some very ancient - which help you to develop strength, stamina, timing, poise and elegance. Yes, elegance; I was always impressed as to how athletes seem to make tremendous feats of strength seem so effortlessly elegant.
So, here I am; fitter, stronger and much wiser. And with a load of new friends into the bargain.
