"Training with Jiten has been both enjoyable and effective. He combines excellent nutritional and training expertise with an easy-going and friendly approach. Jiten manages to motivate and push you beyond your own perceived limits without you ever feeling pressurised. He is patient and immediately puts you at ease. The training programme is challenging but doable and is varied so you never have a chance to become bored or complacent! Training with kettle bells brings fast results but is simple enough for anyone new to training or those (like me) with an aversion to gyms. "I had personal training with Jiten for 6 months which I thoroughly enjoyed. I looked forward to every session and each time I left with a sense of wellbeing. Jiten was reliable, almost always on time, and he let me know if exceptionally he was running late. The sessions were interesting, well structured and fun. As a trainer, Jiten was encouraging and firm as well as flexible. He was caring of my safety and I did not have any injuries as a result of training with him. I was impressed with the elastic band regime that he gave me when I went on holiday for three weeks which helped me to maintain what I had achieved, without access to a gym. I very much enjoyed the challenging athletic power sessions. I appreciated that Jiten also cared about me dedicating sufficient time to relaxation and gave good tips about that. My sessions were also a rewarding from a social point of view. Jiten was human and friendly; he found a really good balance between being professional and personal. When engaging me in a conversation in between repetitions, he was interested me but it never took over from the training. As to the results, I now enjoy doing weight training. I reached my main goal of enhancing my strength and endurance, and building my upper body muscles. My posture improved noticeably. I had many compliments from my husband as well as friends. I kept burning off fat due to an increased muscle bulk, but the fat burning became dramatic when I went on a three week activity holiday where I had plenty of opportunities (i.e. several hours a day) for exercising in the fat burning range, eg. cycling, mountain walking. I am very happy with the changes in my body. Already in the second month of doing personal training I was able to buy dresses that I would not have dared wear before. This increased my overall confidence, and also contributed to the quality of my marriage. My work with Jiten shows that one can be efficient by being friendly and professional, rather than a bully and a 'terminator'."

"The kettle bell class really worked my butt!! I was working muscles I never knew I had. Jiten’s hard…. But in a Good way. He really pushed me and encouraged me to do more. Even through the class is very intense, people of all fitness ranges can do it. I found that in some ways I wasn’t very flexible but my range of motion really improved in just one class and can already really feel my arms and abs get harder."

"The work out was good and enjoyable. I found that I used muscles that are usually ignored. I also found that he got my heart up more then I do with ordinary worked outs. It used more muscles groups at the same time then my usual exercises. The instruction was carried out carry well and I felt the time flew by as I worked out."
